Earlier this week I returned to Michigan from spending 2 weeks with my family in Seattle. I don't know about you but I tend to suffer jet lag pretty bad. Going out isn't too bad, I usually go to bed early and get up early. When I return it's a bit different story. The last 2 nights since I've been home I've gotten maybe 4 hours of sleep a night. I just can't go to sleep! I am wide awake and can't sleep even though once I do I pass out and detest getting up to go to work. Tonight is another one of those nights ... I worked a 12 hour day today and am ready for sleep but my body is telling me it's only 8:50pm and not almost midnight ... it's not time for bed yet.
I just keep telling myself this too will pass :)
