If you ever come to Michigan in March-April this is a must see! Even when the butterflies are not at the gardens it is still worth going to, it is so beautiful to walk around and photograph.
The butterfly house: where they are "born" and where they stay for a few hours until they are ready to enter the big world of the garden:



These are actually 2 butterflies ... I thought it was one large one at first but it is two ... there was some speculation over what they were doing....

This is my favorite photo, I couldn't believe how well it turned out.

I still have my Canon Rebel, not the digital one I have film still. I just put it on the portrait setting so it blurs the background and went to town. When I develop my film I have them put it on disc for me so I can share photos although it'd probably be cheaper for me to get a scanner :)
