I've officially changed my name now. We stopped at Costco on the way home and I made sure I got my name changed there. Then when we got home my new driver's license was waiting for me.
I can't tell you the number of times I start writing out my now maiden name only to realize that's not correct anymore. Trying to remember a new last name is much harder than remembering write the correct year on your check!

I've been married 11 years and occassionally write my maiden name by mistake. Once, we showed up to a restaurant with reservations, and they insisted they didn't have any for us. Ron asked in a VERY irritated tone if they had them for my maiden name. YEP! The did. LOL!!!
